Goat cheese roll recipe za'atar
On a bed of yogurt and mint.
200 g goat cheese roll with high fat
50 g white flour
200 g white breadcrumbs
100 grams of hyssop
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped thyme
Slice the cheese roll into slices of one and a half inches each.
Scramble the eggs with salt and pepper
Mix the breadcrumbs with zaatar.
Cover the cheese slices in flour, then egg and finally the breadcrumbs and zaatar
Fry the coated cheese slices (like schnitzel) and place on paper towels
Serve with yogurt and chopped mint
You can also submit a green salad with a vinaigrette dressing with fried cheese.
